Unfortunately, "shouldn't be" doesn't hold up in court. Not that I'm defending their EULA, but it is *their* EULA, so they can say that it must be run on specific hardware.

You opened your eyes? By paying more for the hardware and then not getting the benefits of the OS? I like Vista too but if you're gonna run it just build a PC for 1/3 of what the Mac costs.Yeah, you really showed them, dumbs**t.
