microsoft.blognewschannel.com — Apple posted a notice that 1% of video iPods shipped after September 12 of this year went out with a little present: the RavMonE.exe worm, which spreads via removable media. Part of their response: "As you might imagine, we are upset at Windows for not being more hardy against such viruses, and even more upset with ourselves for not catching it."

That's nonsense, they quite clearly say they should have caught it themselves but do say that obviously it would be better for everyone (themselves included) if windows weren't so susceptible to viruses like this. I didn't read anything there that intimated that Apple are saying its Microsoft's fault there was a virus on their hardware.

"We are upset at Windows". That isn't assigning blame? If that isn't, what is?
