Considering that Tablet PCs (as well as Media Center Edition PCs) never really caught on (some might consider them down-right failures), the market is still eligible to be swooped up by Apple. With Palm releasing a Treo 700 with Windows CE instead of Palm OS, the first step towards the doom of the Palm OS PDA, this could be the oppertune moment for Apple to attempt a TabletPC/PDA product (other than Newton, of course :-)
