Not so actually: http://www.fingerworks.com/This tech has existed, fully implemented on existing hardware for years (I own two of the products myself). Apple just hasn't exposed it yet; as someone above pointed out, it's a bit too complex right now.

His point is that this is a bastardization of the idea of intellectual property in the first place and nobody should be able to get a patent on this because it's totally obvious. Honestly, I'm not sure why you thought your response was relevant to his comment.

About 3 years after viciously killing the Fingerworks Touchstream LP, Apple hints on reviving it back again. This was ALREADY DONE and it was CHANGING THE WAY PEOPLE INTERACT WITH COMPUTERS before they bought the company and stopped production. It was a great step in human computer interaction brought to masses, but Apple had to destroy it buy buying the company. This story proves once again how patents and greed kill innovation in so many levels.<a class="user" href="http://xn--ngbmz.xn----ymcae0df5a6fo.com
