I can get used to the repositioning of the tabs and a lot of other decisions they made, but the thing that bugs me most is the lack of a loading bar. In Safari 3 the Address bar would indicate loading. Now, it only gives me a spinner.Oh, and I also am annoyed by the new need for me to use the top-right corner of every tab for dragging, as opposed to using the whole tab like in Safari 3.

Tabs in the title bar save scree space. I'm getting used to it (in Windows), but it does mean you can't drag the tabs around just by grabbing the tab as in other browsers - you have to grab the tab on its top right corner. There's a conflict here with the UI convention of grabbing the title bar to move the window, and I suppose this is Apple's best compromise.
