1940's elegance? I am not sure about the "functional industrial design" part. Plus I thought that the Titanium Power book was Uuuuuugly. The Aluminums looked so much better. Plus the iPhone isn't much of a success. If it was a success there would've been no reason to lower the price $200.So what are the facts to counter Cramer's? Ya know the facts are out there, they have to be out there because Apple is publicly traded company. You can't just take the word of Apple blog writers you know.
Considering the reported size of the update and the number of modifications, I think I'll wait about a week before downloading it to see what gets screwed up (which happens with all updates for OSes)
In the meantime, if you have a laptop, you can directly connect to the TV using a video cable. I've tried it before for watching anime during lunch and it works well. (a wireless mouse or an Apple remote also helps)
