UPDATE: So I called my friend who runs Antiriddle and I told him about all of the complaints in terms or pop-ups, reports of viruses, etc. We talked for about 10 minutes and he made it clear to me that he's removing all of it as of now. Only thing left should be Google Adsense. At least someone's listening!

Exactly. I dunno why the NJ thing came up (it did for me as well - maybe in Yahoo Maps?), but in Google Earth and Maps, Manhattan came up for those coordinates.
