Arnold Schwarzenegger is angry that TV host Jay Leno has invited the Republican incumbent on his show weeks before the gubernatorial election but so far has snubbed him.Leno has so far declined to extend an invitation to Democrat Phil Angelides.

> It just seemed to obvious that he's just a democrat posterboy.The problem the democrats had was that it was "Angildes' turn", everyone agreed a long time ago that he would get a shot after Gray Davis and are now going to spend four years seriously regretting the decision. Westly (the other democratic challenger) would have been a better challenger to Arnold, but the various groups that had the organizational skills to make or break a campaign in california (unions, state party hacks, etc.) were already committed to Angiledes. It is kind of sad to see the dems shoot themselves in the foot this way, but c'est la vie. Arnold also did a fast turn back to the center after getting his ass handed to him on a plate after the special election he called a while back and managed to recover his credibility; he is not as weak as he appeared back when various dem leaders decided to go with the guy the party machine was backing...
