appleinsider.com — While Apple may not have had the strongest of holiday sales for Macs and iPods, estimates for sales of iPhone 3G versus T-Mobile's G1 may show Apple's device having outsold one of its closest competitors by a ratio of six to one in the US alone.

I'd have bought an Android phone by now except as long as I'm in college, my dad said he's willing to pay for my cell phone bill, so with Verizon I will stay. The s**tty thing is, there's no way Verizon will ever release a phone with Android because Verizon just LOVES blocking features on their phones unless you explicitly pay for them (they blocked ringtones on my phone a few weeks after I got it because they were there accidentally, what kind of bulls**t is that?), so the fact that Android has free applications for you to download wouldn't go over well with them.

I've got an iPod Touch and have seen a G1, and I think the G1 is a great piece of hardware. There will be better Android phones this year though, and I'm just waiting for the right one.

"It's a good feeling knowing that you're one of the hip crowd with a super slick device that others want."Um, the iPhone is widely available, and has been for quite a while now. There's nothing elite about owning one, so WTF are you trying to dramatize?

If you know how to write software for a phone, then I'm pretty sure you can figure out how to jailbreak an iPhone.

I totally agree with you, and I dont know why i put 20 (im 34)...What I meant was hoe interesting it will be when they are adults working and consumers of electronics. (assuming the pending collapse allows us to get that far)but yes, i think apple is one of the most viciously capitalist companies.

It's funny because people that have perception of the world like you are the ones who really can't afford nice things and think that all things are equal just some cost more than others. It's funny that you actually took the time to research or have memorized the years the Geo Tracker was manufactured. Do I sense that you run a fan club and hang out at the local McDonalds on Friday and Saturday nights with all your little "car buddies" -- probably.Good Job Moron - You know more than me about Geo Trackers. You should be so proud.
