video.google.com — An awesome homemade Star Wars video (5 minutes and 10 seconds) with lightsaber duel fight scene between two teenagers (Ryan Wieber vs. Michael "Dorkman" Scott). These guys should had been in the movies for this fight scene.

The video was pretty cool. It's a fairly straight-foward rotoscoping task in adobe after effects and as mentioned, Ryan has had his own tutorial going for quite a while. The main thing, with a video as long as this is that it probably took him about a month to rotoscope/keyframe the lightsabers in.So, you've got to repect the amount of time put into it

that was freakin sweet. i love the fact that you can tell that they are working on low budget stuff, and they still put out a quality video. totally captured the original starwars feel. it looked like they filmed this in like their schools shop class. totally rad.

+digg for awesome sword play. I don't care if they are not "trained" sword fighters or not. Those kids have some real potential. I thought the effects were pretty good for a small film.

"lightsaber duel fight scene?" redundancy of the Jedi... still better than all 3 of the new star wars. wonder how many split knuckels went into the making of this.
