It was just recent that congress voted no on a proposition that arms should be confiscated in the "event of a national emergency".That someone would even utter such a proposition should result in marches down the streets with some policitians' heads on sticks (with bullets in them).America has never been so sick.
>What use is freedom if you are dead? It's not like you will be able to enjoy it anway. What ever happened to "Give me Liberty or give me Death"? Are there no Patrick Henrys anymore? Is he no longer considered a patriot?
Shakespeare was right if you want justice hang all of the lawyers. And one from my Great-Grandfather. "If one lawyer lives in town he will make a living, but if two lawyers live in town I'll be damned if they both don't get rich
has anyone noticed how the typical republican/conservative response on these comments is to attack Clinton or to attack the ABA. Rather then actually address the issue at hand (is Bush abusing presidential power to circumvent the law), they attack.scary how much this sounds like the scientology strategy (always attack, never defend).

The ABA is complaining about destroying the Constitution? Do they not like the competition (frivolous lawsuits)?

Supporting Bush is anti-american.
