Racism is traditionally defined as hate for a minority. Traditionally blacks are the minority. Therefore it is assumed that racism pertains a white (typically) person hating a black person. In Memphis white people are the minority and are hated by the black persons. Hence the reverse racism.

Some people like to claim that strict gun laws encourage violent crime. Note that on this list 11 cities are in the South where the gun laws are often ridiculously loose (Tennessee just made it legal to take a gun into a bar) and 3 are in Florida where anything with a pulse can get a concealed weapon permit. So much for John Lott.

You know i actually found this site cuz i was arguing with my cuzin about what city is the most dangerous. I told him that us(Baltimore aka Harm City) thats right not Charm, was in the top 10. But thats besides the point, we seen forbes list of the most safest cities 1st and guess who they had in the top 15............. Detroit? Thats right check for your selves. Im not understanding how forbes can name a city the most dangerous then name it among the most safest using the same statistics WTF r they pulling here, is this some type of publicity stunt for Detroit cuz they football & baseball team suck.
