Only in English?What are we supposed to have it in Russian. That makes no sense because we have no major foreign populations besides Mexico and Canada( I'm not gonna speak French).English is standard for the world and for business.I take it you are a European commenting on America, as usual they have never been here, driven here and have no idea what it is like.

Basically it's a legal u-turn. you have go drive past the road you want to turn left onto, then do a u-turn, then turn right down the road.
