No, what Mr. Bloomberg means in his pro-globalist article is that we should let our international competition gain advantage over us. Building railways and airports serve no production value for exporting goods to other countries when we are importing 90% or more of what is sold in America. In order to compete, we need to stop allowing foreign imports from running rampant over our own companies.
