Everyone copies everyone, and in the process they make improvements. But there is a difference: On a Windows Mobile you CAN copy the UI of an iPhone or what you like, because it is an open environment. On and iPhone you can't change anything.
[in a separate comment on purpose]I have seen this video and was impressed by the guy's programming and graphics skills (copyright not withstanding), and I have to say this re-enforces my point that I have had with several people that there really isn't anything amazing about the iPhone, it's interface is just more intuitive and good looking than WM 5/6. I use a WM5 Pocket PC PDA/phone as my cellphone and I really like it - it does everything I need, but I do have gripes (hey - it runs Windows!). The same functionality with a better UI has definite attractions, as does a full HTML browser but I think by June the iPhone won't be the only phone offering that...
