I've done 180 km/h (111 mph) on a few crappy old 750cc cruiser motorcycles (that's about as fast as they go), on pavement, and it was always very rough. I can't imagine how a little bicycle could get up to that speed, or how it could be kept under control. On the other hand, I firmly believe that a bike could destroy itself at that speed.
