Yes , i said ZERO ABUSE, i have nothing against it's simple use when needed. The problem is they'll just use the taser if the individual isn't moving as fast as they'd like him to. Or "just to be safe" or any situation that doesn't REQUIRE them to use the taser in order to be safe.
