As an Asian myself, I have to disagree. The "World's Strongest Man" competition was held in Shanghai once, and the Chinese competitor (though really big for a Chinese guy) was really pitiful. He ranked dead last in every event.
It almost seems fake especially when he covers his mouth, but you can tell he is doing it because of his throat... I laughed my ass off when he did the guitar part...
