I love Allofmp3.com and use it all the time, however if the Russian government ever shuts it down, I'm sure they will just move to an even less 'restrictive' country and resume operations or another like site will spring up. As long as the US import law still makes this legal, I'm pretty sure I'll be paying 10 cents per DRM-free song for a long time.
US import law doesn't currently make it legal. You're still trafficking in stolen property if you move it to the U.S. where the license isn't valid. Allofmp3 gets away with a loophole in Russian law that applies to Russian residents only. However, if you're not a Russian resident, it doesn't apply to you, since your local laws apply. In that case, you're simply paying allofmp3 for something about as legal as a P2P pirated song.

I switched to club.mp3search.ru works just as well, same prices and quality. This one hasn't gotten the same publicity, which is a good thing for now.
