arstechnica.com — After being sued in US federal court last week by the RIAA, AllofMP3 has made clear that it has no intention of buckling under the mounting international pressure. In a statement sent to Ars Technica, the company said, "This suit is unjustified as AllofMP3.com does not operate in New York.

The porn stuff was inspired by bill hicks. I always laughed at uptight, conservative bitches when they made those claims that music videos are becoming a bad influence because of sex/violence/whatever. Music videos are 90% trash, it's porn, which I'm fine with, just label it porn and not music. As much as I like porno, I love music more and believe it falls on a higher rung and therefore doesn't deserve to be dragged down to porn's level.
