huffingtonpost.com — Maj. Gen. Craig Campbell, adjutant general of the Alaska National Guard, said he and Palin play no role in national defense activities, even when they involve the Alaska National Guard. The entire operation is under federal control, and the governor is not briefed on situations.

Steals the election, LOLOLOLLOOOLOL. Now that is an intelligent assessment???Closer to idiocy? In other words anybody who is not a Marxist in your estimation represents idiocy? Sarah is a splendid pick. She represents everything that is good in America. A breath of fresh air. There is a contrast, that much we agree on. Goodness vs Filthiness most certainly illuminates the contrast.

@kcpistol...Where did I say anything about Alaska's population? It's a huge, in area, state. With key economic factors...like oil. But keep dreamin'....

Bush had been the leader of a few "somethings" (while failing miserably )and look where that got us. I'm more concerned about the experience of the advisors and such that he picks.

degrees aren't the only thing posted above, but that's all you speak to. Wonder why? It's just to flippin hard to admit the guys done some amazing work? Your refusal to acknowledge Obama's accomplishments changes nothing. It simply displays your pettines and unwillingness to talk issues. Palin's only executive experience left the town of Wasilla in shambles with a $20,000 deficit. That's $3000 per resident! The Wasilla Sports Complex was built on ground NOT owned by Wasilla during her tenure. In fact, the city sued the previous and current owner, and the courts ruled on Lundgren's side, but Palin authorized begining of construction during the suit. Her answer as she left her mayorship was to file an emminent domain suit against the current owner - aka we own what's built on top of the ground, therefore we should own the land too. It's now moving to the Alaskan Supreme court and been racking up extraordinary fees for the town of Wasilla. Those are just TWO examples of her poor decision making and judgement skills. Her 20 months of gubanatorial experience are rife with more as well as scandal and corruption.

I thought elections were supposed to be decided by the Supreme Court on an even PARTY-BASED outcome. THAT is why we speak of stealing elections. That election WAS stolen.

So, using most of the negative analagy here, you're all gonna vote for McCain, right? Because why would you vote into office, not a heartbeat away but as the actual President, "a total noob"? How does being a lawyer, a "community organizer", even a state senator and a US senator who only presents bills (and who never showed up to vote on many items) make him qualified to be the President who is an executive that administers a budget and personnel including the military? If you look at exactly what any President's job is, she is the only one qualified out of the 4. So the comparison isn't even close. You might as well be comparing 3 cops vs 1 firefighter for the job of a fire chief. It's an apples and oranges comparison. Now if you want to discuss ideas and liberalism vs conservatism, then that would be more appropriate.
