The media storm is about race, but this case is about decency and respect on public airwaves. Janet get a hefty fine for a wardrobe malfuction, Justin Timerblake didnt get one. Now Imus is fired. There are FAR more poor black people percentage-wise than white people. You were probably around a lot of poor people, why do you think many poor people don't ever get college degrees? It's not because they have inferior genes. It's because of ENVIRONMENT. They inherit poverty and this means a lot of different things. They are eager to work to help out with bills, exposure to drugs, often negligent parents, and negative influences abound. Look at the percent of blacks in the USA and then look at the percent of blacks with college degrees, then do the same for whites. Numbers don't lie, unless you believe that blacks are not as smart as whites, you have to agree something fishy is going on! Now look at their histories, have blacks have inherited poverty due to a history of abuse or is it all a coincidence? Some statistical anomaly? I don't think so.
Absolutely true. I despise the Ku Klux Klan, and all organizations like that. I don't like any group that tries to inflame hatred between groups like that.
Naw, I don't think it's a good metaphor... the KKK was a group that terrorized an entire race of people. Al Sharpton is a loud mouth who gets too much press coverage...
