You thought wrong.Al-Qaeda (pronounced /ælˈkaɪdə/ or /ælˈkeɪdə/; Arabic: القاعدة, al-qāʿidah, "the base")Al Qaeda(Arabic) "the base",Those two files were kept in one file called in Arabic 'Q eidat ilmu'ti'aat' which is the exact translation of the English word database. But the Arabs commonly used the short word Al Qaida which is the Arabic word for "base." The military air base of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is called 'q eidat 'riyadh al 'askariya.' Q eida means "a base" and "Al Qaida" means "the base."

I have a feeling Al Qaeda will claim responsibility for any attack on US personnel or citizens even if they had nothing to do with it. After all, from their perspective, it's good PR for them in the realm of Islamic Extremists, right?

How do you know they were the best and most experienced officers, Bluto? The evidence, the fact that they were dumb enough to be taken in by a double agent, suggests that these weren't very good agents.

Regardless, calling themselves Al Qaida doesn't make sense.Al Qaida is also a translation for toilet. Are you threatened by the term "the toilet"?It's a farce.

Awfully convenient of them to keep popping up when we most need a distraction, isn't it?
