People are still denying evolution and that the earth is older than 6000 years. You really think they can grasp global warming?

More and more every day. They are trying to tap into different markets (they have the progressive/liberal/artistic market down pat)If you look at the following ad http://www.apple.com/iphone/ads/ad10/ you can see that it is trying to market more towards the business side of things (moving away from the progressive/liberal side of things... stereotypically, does that dude sound "progressive?" "A call from the guy that owes me money... it's two minutes long, [...] so I don't even want to hear it"). I think if Apple wants to broaden their consumer base (which, it appears, is what they are trying to do), they may want to distance themselves from the political side of the US. And for a lot of people, Al Gore = Politics. It doesn't matter what he's really trying to do, that's the way it will be perceived.

The question wasn't about whether scientists agreed or disagreed with the concept of global warming. The question was whether or not PEOPLE agree with global warming. And the fact is that not every PERSON agrees with the concept. Whether or not it's fact. Google Scholar notwithstanding.
