linuxuser.at— this is a java-script multiplayer chess. it's very good for playing quick games (no log-in) and a replay-mode is included to view your last game and others in pgn-format.

And with most of the processing diverted to the client-side, and with small database/server calls being made on the server-side (as opposed to the server reloading the entire page), this is IDEAL for high traffic sites.
