If you were to actually do some research, you know, real research and not what your equally uninformed peers tell youyou will discover that the pychological state that people are in when playing games is COMPLETLEY different to that when learning or trainingyou know how puppies play together, violently. they are in this 'magic inner circle' where they realise that what they are doing does not reflect realitysame when your kids are playing cops and robbers, they dont believe that that is how cops and robbers actually behave.same with video games, killing people in games does the complete oppisite to what you suggest, if you ever actually went to a lan (yes I know, it must seemlike the centre of hell and the largest concentration of deranged mass murders comming together to perform satanic rituals and go out to harvest fresh courpses)you will see that playing violent games, actually is a great way of bonding, because it is PLAYING. and the whole, those who commit mass murders are all "hooked on video games" thing, I believe last time I checked, 80%+ of the population (easily) plays video games of one sort or another, and playing games does not mean hooked on games, that is what you call sensationalism, the only people who believe sensationalist stories are those who are gullible. so when someone commits a murder, there is a 80%+ chance that they play gameshows this for an influence, all those people who commited mass murders LISTENED TO MUSIC!!!!, thus music is obviously the source of their murdersignore the fact that most of the population listens to music without a problem, everyone must suffer so we can elimate what we falsley believe to bethe source of a few deaths

This is discusting. A kid whos gona shoot up a school is gona have more wrong with him than playing paintball and CS. People are just trying to put the blame on something else. All that will happen out of this is people who ususaly play video games or paintball will have there hobbies taken away, and will become more prone to commiting crimes because they have less to do. There BS like this going on in England about banning airsoft too.

Dear Mr Jack Thompson.100% of all murderers the world over have been discovered to have consumed dihydrogen oxyde. This same chemical compound is also found in cancer tumours and nuclear reactors. And it is already in our drinking water, as well as having killed millions.Do you agree we need to ban this too?

Wow. There are sooooooo many kids playing video games and so few shootings. It doesn't add up. The kid is the problem not the game.
