hdbeat.com — Early adopter's of Samsung's Blu-Ray players are reporting that the picture quality on the BD-P1000 is better through component then through HDMI. It's bad enough having to pay $1,000, but to have it not show real HDTV is a joke. Why won't Sony just cross license their films so that consumers don't have to buy another Betamax?
