I came across this site the other day and spent ages on it looking at the tutorials/blog. It looks like it could grow into a great site...I believe that the intent of the owner is to actually pay people who upload high quality tutorials, which is a great idea. High quality tutorials = more page views = more revenue from advertisement. Well worth checking out this site.
