Well if his drawing skills are impressive enough to produce this display of elementary school art class trash can fodder, I can't even imagine what he could do in photoshop!!!
So.. People pirate Photoshop all the time and are fine with it.. and then when they do get a legal student copy, worry about whether they can use it for commercial use or not? Heck, if you paid $600 for it, I'd just use it for whatever you needed to.
