Downhill Jam also supports voice, but again Nintendo are very careful to restrict it to friend-code only. If you're going to attack a communication service for its potential grooming capability, it's anything BUT Nintendo's. How about you cut off that kid's access to Xbox Live? Or MySpace? Or his cellphone?

Why are we giving Nintendo crap for low-balling a range estimate. Some Walkie-Talkies I have don't go the one mile range that they claim and I would rather have them report an average distance than one under ideal circumstances.
