usatoday.com — The federal government's "no sex without marriage" message isn't just for kids anymore. Now the government is targeting unmarried adults up to age 29 as part of its abstinence-only programs, which include millions of dollars in federal money that will be available to the states under revised federal grant guidelines for 2007.

To pretend that an urge which is integral to our existence as humans can be suppressed by 'education' without having any serious side effects (such as pedophilia) is patently absurd and only propagated by those lunatics who can't handle the fact that we are human. The desire to procreate is as old as life itself. If you don't like it, then do us all a favour and stop procreating.

Pretty much any non-insane religious fanatic doctor will tell you there are a lot of benefits to *safe* sexual intercourse. More bulls**t by people that want to control everything everyone does. Just wait, soon it will be "Make sure to pinch your loaf every two to four inches, or else God and America hate you and you're a terrorist. The Pentagon's new Pooh Correction Unit is monitoring your toilet with AT&T's pipes right now, so be mindful."

It's not about religion. It's about self respect and not humping everything you come in contact with.

So how many dicks did she suck before she found someone who wasn't just using her or someone who didn't reject her. Doesn't sound so good that way does it?

Britain has already run the studies. Abstinence training costs more than sex education in the long run. People who haven't been educated, don't know that STD's can be passed via oral sex. They don't take the proper precautions when they do actually decide to have sex and end up with a baby or an STD. Meaning there are higher rates of teenage pregnancy, meaning higher demand for abortions, as well as STD's being passed orally and anally. It's the opposite of what you'd expect, but that's what happens. Human behavior doesn't like to play by any ones rules.I'd say promoting abstinence is a great idea. But doing it at the expense of education is flat out stupid.
