A skyscraper that rotates

Only $330 million? Did these guys get their architectural degrees by mail?Think about the fights that'll ensue on each floor when they realize that there's an apartment of co-eds across the street from them that always leaves the curtains open. Oh man.

Dubai will soon overtake new york, its estimated, by the new yorkers, goldmans sachshope they do, its about time the world gets revised, and balance occurs.
