Oh, the nostalgia. Was it easier to be ground-breaking back then? Will we ever see a new system come out that become the 'new Amiga'? I just want that magic back that I had when I first saw the Amiga and when I got my first one... my first home computer that made digital porn possible. Hells yeah!I believe the first naked chick I ever saw on it was Samantha Fox...
AMIGA FOREVER. There will never be another computer like it. f**k Apple; Apple is Amiga's ugly little brother. I was on the demoscene; in the group called Scoopex. Any sceners here?
Maybe I'm just messed up, but this article brought a tear to my eye. Nothing, absolutely nothing, now days can compare to the magic that machine gave us. From those crazy developers (mostly European) who squeezed every ounce to bring us amazing games and demos (Walker anyone?), the cool hardware (SCSI sidecar HDs, the Genlock), to the much lusted after Video Toaster. I still have a pile of various Amiga magazines that I just can't bear to toss out.
Come to think of it.. you're right. And usually, if the game was any good the Amiga version was the 1st one made, then the Mac and finally the PC. (Remember Lemmings?)
