xboxic.com— A recent Best Buy ad on Gamespot has shown a black Xbox 360. Was there an accidental color problem, or did Best Buy leak something Microsoft wasn't quite ready to announce?

There has been a few BestBuy ads floating around where various electronics products are shown in black/silhouette like the people in iPod ads. This might be an ad like that. I saw one commercial where various consumer electronics, like iPods, Xbox 360s, DSs, Digital Cameras and laptops are shown in black silhouette swirling around in psychedelic/fractal/kaleidoscope like patterns.
Black products seem to show up to work late too. White products seem to be dicks about everything. Yellow products can't drive. Latin colored products love the out doors, especial when it is sunny. Products with larger than normal parturitions on the face take your money.
Mine is clear/blue tint, with blue LED's replacing the green ones.. I am also planning on ripping open the controllers and replacing the controller domes with blue, another idea was to use red, blue, yellow, and green LED's for the 4 colors of the ring, and then having matching collors on the controller... i havent figured out if i want my xbox to have a rainbow yet. But powdercoated black would be pretty sweet too.
Assuming this is real (and I honestly don't think it is) why would Microsoft change their image entirely. The white and green of the 360 is its image. That's the way i can instantly identify a real 360.

I am pretty sure Sony doesn't have a patent on the color black, but perhaps I should check on that.
