Per capita. Meh. I'm a lot more upset about the fact that the stimulus bill cost ~$3,000 per US citizen yet the state which got the most per capita got just $225/person. The missing $2,775 is probably more important than the $32/person discrepancy between Utah and Florida. But that's just me. *shrug
