lewrockwell.com — The Weekly Standard's Matt Labash was sent by neocon Bill Kristol to make fun of the Ron Paul extravaganza in Minneapolis. It could be worse. Labash is smart and funny, and only laughs at a middle and working-class revolution. Commissar Kristol, had he been present, would be calling for our consignment to the Gulag he's helped to build.

How pathetic that a writer for a fairly major magazine would find it OK to use a term like "Paultard" .... it seems clear that what is retarded is the writer's sense of decency.Jeff Daiellwww.JeffDaiell.com

One thing to Bill Kristol and all neo-con chickenhawks is if you want war then sign up and go fight in it if you can't then stick your head in the sand and squeal like the pigs you all are.You all will answer for all the innocent death's you have caused for the greed of OIL !!!!!

Actually, I think some of you are taking this guy a bit too seriously. He's trying to liven up the story with some humor and it's pretty obvious his use of the term "Paultard" is more lighthearted than mean-spirited. Lew takes it all in stride and he's even got more reason than most of us to find it offensive. Anyway, I'm used to seeing much worse than this written about Ron Paul and the members of his movement (us).100% Paultard and proud of it!
