do any of you actually read through the comments before posting a new one? about half of you have made the same "if he has 7 second memory how would he know what it was like blah blah" remark
yeah this article isn't that informative but i happened to watch the documentary last night and it was quite good. it's amazing because when he first realizes he's "awake" he writes down the time and the thought into a diary..but then of course forgets he's ever done that so when he next realizes he's awake he writes down another entry saying basically the same thing. i can't figure out how he can be somewhat conscious of the fact that he keeps a diary, but that is what makes this rather remarkable. sometimes people ask him about his diary and he says "what are you talking about i have never seen that before in my life" crazy stuff.

I have seen another docco which had this guy in it. It's extremely full on. This was over 10 years ago though. He seemed quite happy as everything was the first thing he ever did. I say he would have degraded alot though in the last 10 years.
