you can disable the build in bittorrent client, simply open a new tab, typeopera:configLook for a section called Bittorrent, then look in there and uncheck Enable, you can do it also in the Preferences menu, but I just find this simpler.

@imanihilist:Safari has spell check too. Control click an input box and look under "Spelling" in the menu that pops up.

I use Firefox almost exclusively on my MacBook Pro. The only time I have any trouble with it is when I try to load WebCT for my university, which for some reason often crashes Firefox. Then I just use Safari for WebCT, and go back to Firefox when I'm done. I've never had slow startup problems with Firefox. Meh, whatever.

I've been using Firefox (on Linux) for several months, but about 2 weeks ago, it started crashing like crazy...I think it is due to banner ads...anybody else having this problem?

yeah, this isn't going to work, because people can digg down other people's browsers...

In my opinion, once Firefox 3 is released with its more Mac-like appearance, functionality, and speed, it will absolutely whipe the floor with the competition. That is the sole reason that I do not use Firefox other than testing.

Probably one of the best Mac articles I've seen in a long time! Camino is a great browser! I really like the type-to-find feature.
