wow the ignorance in the comments on this topic...Peopla saying "I don't agree with BMI, I go by bodyfat%."Well guess what tards, you get a bodyfat % by figuring out your BMI. A BMI will say "ok you have this many pounds of fat on your frame, and this much muscle, and you weigh x amount of pounds, well if you weigh x amount, and have x amount of fat on you, then x% of you is fat." Hence your BODYFAT PERCENTAGEJesus christ people. The reason we're fat is because we're uninformed and lazy and the comments here show just how uninformed we are about a lot of things in general, and yet too lazy to do our own research to get the truth on a matter.,
The reason for this 31% in USA is because everyone is starting to "accept" their weight. We need to get these people on Weight Watchers: make fun of fat people to save your country!
I wouldn't believe all this. It says it uses the BMI, which is a method of determining obesity for Belgians in the 1800's (and not even). Brad Pitt and Michael Jordan are overweight according to the Body Mass Index. I'm not saying America isn't a fat nation, but heavier people could mean healthier!
