I really enjoyed reading this article not just because it showed how crappy some sites get when people steal off their content (which they tend to do themselves) but because it showed the kind of grammatical skills Matthew Walker has. I honestly think, if you want to show professionalism in a mass mail to all of your members requesting service (if you are a big site with many viewers and members) you can use some good grammar and have some of the sentences make a little sense or at least hire a writer.
