BMW and Mercedes are pricey too, but you're paying for quality. Same with Apple.

On the contrary, these "retards" just make themselves look like total fools, as well as anyone who buys their products with the intention of installing Apple software. Even if that's not their intention, those customers will likely get pulled into the sweep.

You're comparing Apple to Microsoft. Wrong comparison. They are not a software company. Compare Apple to Dell, and you'll get a better idea why they can't license Leopard. If Dell made their own operating system, would they license it to other manufacturers. Of course not, because it is one way to separate themselves from the huge herd of hardware manufacturers. Apple is no different. They have to control Leopard because they want people to buy their hardware. They don't particularly care how many copies of Leopard are sold. They care about how many MacBooks are sold. Pure and simple.

I would love to see more of this. The Mac is just a custom Intel based PC now, why not?
