I love vegan food. Once you know how to cook there's really nothing missing taste-wise in a vegan diet. If I ever did eat meat or dairy again, you could bet your ass I'd still make vegetable dishes often, eat plenty of tofu sandwiches and black bean burritos with organic salsa and sauteed onions, spicy tempeh vegetable soups and... Don't you think if all vegan foods were gross, people wouldn't eat them? I eat constantly and absolutely love the foods I consume. I also started a cooking site and my fans love the foods I cook. And my family members, all of whom are omniovores, love the food I cook. And my friends...

@ NiftySwifty : If humans were designed to eat meat, why do you have to use a knife to skin an animal instead of your finger nails or teeth? Why don't you eat raw cows and chickens?Humans are capable of eating meat and many do. But that doesn't mean they were *designed* to. You could probably survive eating wood and certain kinds of plastic for a few years. That doesn't mean it was something we're supposed to do.I'm not arguing against what humans are supposed to do or not, it's just way too complicated of an issue. But I think for the reasons I mentioned above, eating meat isn't necessarily a design feature in our DNA, much like drinking a cow's breast milk is probably not something our creator (or whatever) had in mind, if you're going to pull that card.
