worldnetdaily.com — Rahm Emanuel, Uhbama's chief of staff, was actually quoted saying, "Never let a serious crisis go to waste...it's an opportunity to do things you couldn't do before," such as Socialist agenda items like "green" energy, gigantic health care programs, and a New World Order with a common world currency and governance. Hey, you wanted "change," right?

We get our laughs where we can find 'em Bubba. Ol' Johnny's obsession with being the first one to the digg button on everything the World Nuts squeeze out just makes for a target rich environment. Add that to the hysterical whining from the Birthers and TeaBaggers and it's tough to know where to point and laugh, first...

It's a good thing that the government is in charge of this, taking money (or loan assurances) from us and giving it to other people is okay. If anyone else did this it might be considered theft, stealing, robbery, maybe extortion (since if you don't comply they bring out the guns and jail).I say if you are unwilling to hold up your neighbor in a dark alley at gunpoint for money what makes you think it's okay for the government to take money from one person and give it to another and be doing the exact same thing for you.

@noodles1442. I assume by your answer, somewhere there, you got my point. It might be painful to hear other outlets of ideas, as it is for me with Pacifica and MSNBC, but it is allowed still. Until the thought police (Obama and libs) get through.

Yawn. More revolutionary rhetoric from the keyboard commandos on the right. It is amusing to see how easily you people are riled up by the corporate shills at Fox and WND.

@fiatjustita. The criteria is this: anyone who tries to suvert the principals of America and freedom by replacing them with; "take someone's money, they rightfully earned, and redistribute it to anyone who didn't earn it without their permission (answer to your first question "define socialism" in case you didn't really know and your college profs. have been telling you it's not a bad idea). The people can stay but those ideas have no place in mine and about 299 million others in our "ideal world": AKA AMERICA.

OK, Malinse. To help you put the book in perspective, it may help to know that Orwell was a Democratic Socialist. 1984 was a cautionary tale against the kind of totalitarianism that Europe just defeated and that Stalin was practicing in the Soviet Union. The concepts of Big Brother and your "two minute hate" -- along with "thought police", Newspeak and control of people's personal lives -- have much more in common with the previous administration than with this one.

ROaks, do you seriously expect to be taken seriously when you keep using stupid names like "Obummer?" Every time I read one of your comments, I can't help but picture you giggling at your cleverness when typing that out. I mean, it's not like we wouldn't have sensed your hatred for the man if you hadn't managed to adopt that term from some other person you once saw using it.

@gnocchi. See, that is what I suspected of you. Blinded by the liberal-fascists. You don't have any idea do you about how radical-modern liberalism works. They aren't Liberals in the classic sense of the word. They hate anyone who disagrees with them. I was around in the sixties. The New Left detested Liberals. They weren't interested in reasoning with intelligent logic and debate. They were just like Hitler youth and Stalin totalitarianism. (From a guy who was there in Nazi Germany during the fascist movement; Peter Berger: "The Nazis like the new left referred to themselves as the "movement" and they hated the "system". Both fascists and the New Left had faith in the therapeutic value of violence. The 60's students chanted "the streets belong to the people", the Brown shirts; "Horst Wesel Lied": "Clear the streets for the brown battalions" There was as well the glorification of youth".So I suggest before you make your party's vapid, hypocritical assertions, you examine what side of the fence you're really on!

@fiatjustitia. Bla Bla Bla. Same tired party diatribe. Red-states, Blue states. They are all a bunch of vultures with their hands out robbing the store houses. "I'm getting mine" "No me first". No one has any morals. No citizenship. " And they all brought of what they had and shared it with each other" -Acts, the Bible "He that doesn't work, doesn't eat" Also in the Bible.
