Hmmm. . . . there's only one problem to this argument. Didn't the banks and businesses in question ask for the bailout? The businesses are shaming themselves by using other people's money to gain profits of thin air in risky ways. When the mess collapses, everyone else pays. They sound like looters to me. It seems like the government is just along for the ride.Also, where does it fit in a free market to work hard to earn money, blindly turn the money over to a Money Market manager in the hopes you will earn something, and again earn profits based on no work of your own? I am not sure that makes sense either.
