Wow...just wow. I can't wait to see the Apple/AT&T contract end in about 4 years and see the iPhone go to other carriers and just watch the amount of customers AT&T loses, myself included. I'm not even on AT&T yet, but I will be buying an iPhone soon now that I finally live within their coverage. But I'm doing it for the PHONE, not their s**tty service. I'm going to be laughing my ass off at the rude awaking they get when the iPhone becomes available on other carriers.

@ncc1701, ajwinder is right.The divisions are held to strict budgets, one division does not want to give the other division money of its budget.So yes, it's stupid, but he is right. This is standard corporate america.
