That's not what it is whatsoever. They don't transmit video over a data network, they broadcast video on a frequency that used to be used by channel 55 I believe and it's ONLY used for MediaFLO. That's how they were able to roll out the network so quickly. The only time the cell phone company's data network is used is to transmit access keys for subscribers.
What? Media flow sucks, I used to work at qcomm and saw a demo of it. It was awesome, just like watching tv, no glitches in the video, fast channel switching (faster than satellite)!!
