The problem lies with the consumer. Us. Until we start voting with our wallets, these s**t for brains companies will keep treating us like dung.

I bought the New Iphone 3GS for the increased speeds.... they advertise 7.2 hspa, I ask my local AT&T store when it would be available they had No Idea. I felt it was a reasonable question since I bought my 3GS for its advertised Increased Speeds. I can honestly say I have not seen any increase in network speed over my old 3G Iphone. I paid 399 dollars to upgrade my phone and extend my contract...I really feel Like I was screwed over by AT&T

Well it won't take very long after the exlusive deal ends that they won't hold IPhone users hostage anymore. Just hang in there until you can benefit heavely from AT&T having to compete.

I had an iphone 3g waiting for the iphone 4 to arrive for 2 1/2 months in agony. Does the protection plan start from the purchase date or when you actually get the phone. AT&T lost for words.
