This is their first phone. a FREAKIN DECADE!! after the cell phone. playing catch up is hard to do. you think other companies are sitting back and letting apple take over. your dead wrong. take your mouth out of jobbs c**k and look around.

how bout this one, tried to activate, it shut off my other phone, and hasn't activated my iphone yet. so right now i have NO phone

Bull. Maybe that did happen in your case, but I work at AT&T and haven't seen anything like that, yet.

I got my phone around 7pm friday night, hooked it up to activate it around 8pm. Got the "need more time" email at 8:10pm. It's 1:17pm sunday and am still waiting. Have been on hold with AT&T about two hours so far and spoke to one person who said they were transferring me to another person. Now apple has shut down their support discussion forums regarding it.... Bad mojo....

Yeah it hurt the iPhone real bad, Apple only sold 500,000 iPhones. What a total disaster!What a whiner.
