It is so sad that a company with such a great name has been ruined by bad management, they could have been one of the largest ISP's still if they would have listened to its customers, they should have dropped their stupid client software, they should never have sent out all those CD-roms and most important they should never ever have employed rude people.People wants broadband and Wi-fi, they do not want Dial-up anymore, Dial-up should be burried history over and out.
