what a backdoor attack on gun owners!!! It's gun owners money NOT general revs they stole. This is basically one HUGE tax on gun owners and in doing so might just end up a big deal seeing how many people won't get renewed and new lic in just time. Read the law book, they have time limits on how long they can take!!
